So this is it, I graduated college last week and now is time to move on to the next chapter of my life. The first few weeks as a graduate have been very challenging since I've had to make life changing decisions like "do I take this real job in Philadelphia with great benefits and working alongside great people, or, do I take these next few years to travel the world and engage in some serious independent study in Brazil." Very tough questions, I know.
A decisions had to be made and I chose to travel. Risky, scary, and maybe crazy, but I listened to my heart.
In the meantime, I will be in LA this summer for a well deserved mini vacation. Then in August I will be interning with a well known photographer in Dubai for about a month. I will head back to Boston in September to work and save some $$ so that I can survive the first few months in this new country.
I am looking forward to all that is to come. I am excited about learning Portuguese, learning how to Samba and capoeira, and becoming a great photographer. This blog will keep all of my love ones and those who are simply curious, up to date with my experiences. I am looking forward to this climb called life!
